Feats (One Piece Supplement)
Feats
In addition to all official feats, the following feats are available to characters with levels in any of the New World Classes.
Fast Learner
Prerequisites: 13 intelligence or wisdom
You will gain +1 in your Intelligence or Wisdom score, and you may gain a +2 in tests related to learning new non-battle skills.
Fast Blade
Prerequisites: At least 1 level in the New World Swordsman class.
You do not take an action to draw your sword, and as a bonus action you can give one sword attack.
Pirate Captain
Prerequisites: This is a special feat, you must talk to your gm and player's to decide the Crew's captain.
When you are within 5ft of an crewmate, you can give them advantage on an attack, skill or saving throw they are currently making. You may do this as much as your Charisma or Intelligence modifier.
Royal Mermaid Princess
Prerequisites: You must be from the Merfolk race with the Mermaid subrace. Being At least level 8 in any New World class.
You have deep roots within the Mermaid Royal family. When you use your communication with fish, you can also communicate with any kind of sea beast to aid you.
Marine Captain
Prerequisites: You must have joined the marines and rised up in the ranks until you were considered a Captain
Your work has been apreciated by the people of the grand line, so you became a marine captain. You will gain advantage on Intimidation checks against pirates with a bounty lower than your class level(Ex: If a pirate has a bounty of 2.000.000 we will only consider the 2, so a 3rd level marine captain has advantage against him), or civilians. You will also grant advantage to attack rolls of any marines with a lower rank than yourself within 5ft of you.
High Durability
Prerequisites: You must have at least 18 Constitution score, and you must be of huge or larger size.
Your body is almost undestructible. You gain resistance to non-Haki Bludgeoning, slashing or piercing damage, and you may reduce all of your incoming damage by your Constitution modifier.
