Wondrous item, uncommon
A monocle, pair of reading glasses, or pair of goggles that improve the wearer's ability to see. Its effect is determined by what type of eyepiece it is.

The wearer gains a +3 bonus to Investigation, and can cast the Identify spell 1d3 times a day.

The wearer gains a +3 bonus to Perception, and can see invisible objects and creatures.

| Goggles |
The wearer cannot be blinded, and can see through magical and nonmagical darkness, fog, sandstorms, snowstorms, and other phenomena that would cause the wearer's vision to be hindered.
