Eye of Paranoid Watching (5e Equipment)

Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement) A magical eye that can see through objects within 60 feet of you. This eye can rotate in all directions, has the see invisibility spell always active, and has darkvision for 120 feet. This item was created by a pirate who had lost an eye and was so paranoid someone would stab him in the back he created this from his stores of riches. The eye can go in all directions, looking through your head to see behind you, peering into corners and under hoods looking for danger. This eye however makes you paranoid as well if you were not previously. You do not trust anyone and question everything. You take unnecessary precautions that delay your progress.
