Ever Beating Heart (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Wondrous item, rare (minor tier) (requires attunement) The Ever Beating Heart is a, well, heart, roughly the size of an average human one. The flesh at parts is intertwined with incredibly flexible mythrill, and small blue blinkers, in tune with the constant beating. Once the heart is activated, nothing short of an anti-magic zone or complete destruction will stop it from beating intensely. Unlike a normal heart, it never gives out, no amount of physical or mental stress can even begin to stop it. Unending. You can no longer be killed by the effects of Exhaustion. However, you can now gain up to 10 levels of Exhaustion. These extra levels do nothing else. Unyielding. After gaining a level of Exhaustion, you lose the level one hour afterwards. Anti-Magic Susceptibility. While under the effect of Anti-Magic Susceptibility, your heart stops beating. At the start of your turn, you gain 2 levels of Exhaustion.
