Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement by a monk) This coin, when flipped will always land showing gold side with symbol of sun. On next flip will land to present sliver side with depiction of a cloud, and on next flip shows platinum side bearing image of broken tree. Next flip will reset the combination, showing yet again gold side. Cycle shows machinations of ever changing fortune and misfortune. When you are attuned to this item you can flip the coin, no action required, and next side will determine its effect: Fortune. Platinum side grants you following benefit: if you make attack roll, skill check or saving throw and roll 14 or below on d20, you can treat the number rolled as 15, and then add all modifiers to the roll. This benefit lasts for one minute. Atopech. Silver side gives all attackers disadvantage on attacks against you for one minute. Antypech. Gold side grants you advantage on all attacks you make for one minute. After you flip the coin next flips does not grant new benefits nor change next side. You regain charge daily at noon. |
