Wondrous item, Very Rare

A small jar of multicolored pills whose lid seems impossible to open. This item holds 6 charges, regaining 1d4+2 at dawn. As an action, you may expend 1 charge to force the lid open and withdraw a single pill. When draw, the DM secretly rolls 1d10 to determine the pill's effect, and 1d2 to determine if it's positive or negative. Once you have consumed or identified a pill of a certain type, you recognize it if you draw it in the future; otherwise, you must succeed on a DC 18 Medicine check to identify it. A creature may consume this pill using a bonus action.
