Electric Arrow (5e Equipment)

Weapon (arrow), common

Shaped from a unique, easily bent alloy known that constantly pulls electric change from the air, electric arrows release their entire charge upon hitting any surface with significant force. Despite being generalized as arrows, the alloy can be shaped into a variety of projectiles. On a hit, the attack deals 1d8 lightning damage.
Due to being shaped out of such a soft metal, these arrows can be fired once, after which they lose their shape and must be reformed for half their original cost by a creature proficient in tinker's tools or smith's tools.
