Earrings of Quick Equipment (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Wondrous item, rare (major) (requires attunement have two ears) A pair of earrings made of silver and rainbow crystals. They consist of a silver chain cuff covered in rainbow crystals which goes on one ear. The other one is a silver stud which has a thin silver chain connecting it to a large rainbow crystal in the shape of a regular octahedron which hangs on the ear which goes on the other ear. Strangely they appear to fit anyone who has 2 ears, can't be broken, and always look good. It is favored by smugglers, criminals, adventurers, and people who frequently get attacked. You must have both on for them to function. One size fits all. When someone attunes to the earrings and tries to put them on, the earrings change their size to fit them. Gear at the ready. While attuned and wearing the earrings you can use you action to bind up 1 piece of armor, 3 weapons, and 1 shield to it. While these are bonded they disappear and appear to be shrunken down and put in the large rainbow gem of the earrings. This gives the wearer the ability to call the bond gear to them at any time at which it appears on them. They can also return bond gear to the crystal. This makes it so that bond gear doesn't effect how much the wearer can carry, heavy armor does not give disadvantage on stealth, and they do not get the negative of taking a long rest while wear armor. When your attunement ends the bond gear appears on you. Safe guard. The earrings can detect when you are about to take damage from any source and will summon your armor to protect you giving you the armor class equivalent to the armor class that you have while wearing the bond armor. This can't be stopped and will always happen no matter if you want it to or not. Made to last. The earrings cannot be taken from you, cannot be destroyed without divine intervention, and are immune to anything that would prevent them from functioning. (Such as a anti-magic field or dispel magic) |
