Duplicate Amulet (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Wondrous Item (Necklace), artifact (Attunement required) A simple silver chain with five perfectly identical pearls set around a perfectly cut diamond. While attuned to the amulet, you gain 50 temporary hit points which do not conflict with additional temporary hit points. As an action you can expend all of these hit points to create up to 4 duplicates of yourself that appear within 10 feet of you. The duplicates act exactly as you would and you control them. The duplicates have the same number of temporary hit points remaining (when you are damaged, these hit points are the first removed) minimum 1. The duplicates share all of the stats, resources, feats, and spell slots you have when you create them, but do not benefit from any enchanted items or magical effects that you do. While within 100 feet of each other, you and the duplicates share a telepathic bond to coordinate attacks. The duplicates' weapon attacks are non magical unless otherwise specified (such as monk unarmed strikes). You can dismiss 1 or more duplicates as an action, they fade when reduced to 0 hit points, and they will fade 1 hour after creation. If a you are not on the same plane as a duplicate, excluding the border ethereal, the duplicate fades within 30 seconds. The duplicates remain if you fall unconscious, but remain alive. After this property has been used, it cannot be used again until the next dawn. After all duplicates fade, you regain 25 temporary hit points until the reset at the next dawn. The duplicates do not count as illusions, and are entirely real. However, their image flickers if exposed by an antimagic field or dispel magic. Upon physical interaction with a duplicate, such as lifting or pushing, it is revealed to be about one third your normal weight.
