Duelist's Parry (5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Duelist's Parry
Prerequisites: Defensive duelist feat, the ability to use the battlemaster parry maneuver
You are a master at parrying. You gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Strength or Dexterity by 1, to a maximum of 20, or gain an additional superiority die which is added to any pool you might already have.
- You always know the parry maneuver, and it doesn't count against the amount of maneuvers you can learn.
- Using the parry maneuver doesn't expend your reaction, but you can still only parry once per attack.
- When you use your reaction for defensive duelist and the triggering attack still hits, you can choose to expend a superiority die to reduce the damage dealt by the attack by the number rolled on the die + your Dexterity modifier.
