Drevolt (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Weapon (poleaxe), artifact (requires attunement by a creature of which worship the Night Serpent Dendar.) "Drevolt" is a poleaxe made to fear mortals for the great serpent. The fear made by weapon feeds the Night Serpent. This poleaxe was made for the champion of Dendar. You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. It scores a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20, and deals double its normal damage dice (4d4). Recall As a bonus action, you may call for Drevolt, making it return to your hand no matter where the weapon lies. Fear Bolt (or Slash) As an action you can throw Drevolt in a 120ft line and 5 feet wide. Any creature in the area must succeed on a DC(8 + your strength or dexterity modifier + your proficiency modifier) Dexterity saving throw. On a failure they take 3d12 slashing or piercing and become frightened for 1 minute. On a success, they have half as much and not frightened. Center of Terror This magic weapon has thing of pure fear. It can at will release a wave of terror as a bonus action. Each creature of your choice in a 30-foot radius extending from you must succeed on a DC(8 + your wisdom or charisma modifier + your proficiency modifier) saving throw or become frightened of you for 10 minutes . While it is frightened in this way, a creature must spend its turns trying to move as far away from you as it can, and it can't willingly move to a space within 30 feet of you. It also can't take reactions. For its action, it can use only the dash action or try to escape from an effect that prevents it from moving. If it has nowhere it can move, the creature can use the dodge action. At the end of each of its turns, a creature can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. The Feared While dealing with targets which are frietened, you gain advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) and Charisma (Intimidation) checks. Pure savage fear you make by this weapon boost the effectiveness of your speeches or your threats, but can just as easily provide a quiet moment for you at your command.
