Potion, uncommon

This tiny vial contains thick, green, but efflorescent sludge that can dissolve quickly in a drink without much taste. Its effects kick in after 1d4 minutes, causing you to turn green and warty, and begin sweating toxic sweat for 2 hours. While you are under the effects of this potion, you gain resistance to poison damage. The sweat acts as a contact poison that requires an affected creature to make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. The affected creature must repeat the saving throw the start of each of its turns, taking 1d4 poison damage on a failed save, or no damage on a successful one. The poison ends early if the creature succeeds on its saving throw three times. The poisonous sweat evaporates fairly quickly and cannot be stored without specialized tools.
It also causes a severe (but not ultimately debilitating) stomachache, as well as dehydration from the large amounts of sweat, so anyone not familiar with the potion's effect will likely assume that they've been poisoned.
