Drakeleech (5e Equipment)

Wondrous Item, very rare Generally unassuming, the Drakeleech is a small white stone, roughly the size of an average man's palm. Carved into the sides is a depiction of the ouroboros, with incredibly fine detail. While within 60 feet of the Drakeleech, for every round they stay within this range, they suffer the following negatives. Every roll they make has a cumulative -1. Their movement speed decreases by 5 feet. All of these effects wear off after exiting this range.
