Dragonhorn Bow (5e Equipment)

Weapon (shortbow or longbow), rare (requires attunement) This bow has been fashioned from the horns of a dragon. A piece of ammo you fire from this weapon is magically infused with elemental energies. A shortbow does an additional 1D6 elemental damage and a longbow does an additional 1D8 of elemental damage. The elemental damage is determined by the origin of the horn. You may choose to have this weapon forged for you, it takes 5lbs of dragon horns to make a shortbow and 10lbs to make a longbow. However if you provide one horn of each color metallic dragon the shortbow does an extra 2D6 Radiant damage and the longbow does an extra 2D8 Radiant damage. Providing one horn from each chromatic dragon changes the damage type to Necrotic. This version takes 1 week to forge. Also you can sense the presence and direction of any dragon within 5 miles of you as long as your passive perception is 16 or higher. While you wield this weapon, you also have resistance to the relevant elemental damage type.
