Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by a dragonborn)

Despite the name, when not attuned to a dragonborn the dentures take the form of a tiny sphere with a mirror-like shell. To attune to it, a dragonborn just has to put it in their mouth and bite down. The ball will burst into liquid and coat the wielder’s teeth, giving them a coating of platinum, and replace any missing teeth with solid platinum. While attuned to this item, you gain the following properties:

Fang Flow
The dentures enhance the power and speed of your Breath Weapon. Increase the DC of your Breath Weapon’s saving throw and the damage it deals by 1d10. After you use your Breath Weapon, you gain a bonus to your AC and saving throws equal to your Charisma modifier until the start of your next turn.
Metal Mouth
Your teeth become sharp enough to shred. You can use your bite to make unarmed strikes. When you hit with it, the strike deals 1d10 + your Charisma modifier piercing damage, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike, + additional damage equal to your proficiency bonus of the same type as your Breath Weapon. Your attack modifier for this bite is Charisma, the damage it deals is magical, and if you score a critical strike with it you regain hit points equal to your Charisma modifier.
Vicious Visage
Your whetted smile instills fear in those that see their reflections in it. You can add 1d10 to your Charisma (Intimidation) checks. Whenever you make an Charisma (Intimidation) check, you may expend a use of your Breath Weapon to gain advantage on the ability check and temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier.
