A surge of electrified holy energy envelops two creatures of your choice within range. The targets must make a Constitution saving throw. A target takes 5d10 lightning damage and is blinded until the start of your next turn on a failed save, or it takes half as much and is not blinded on a successful one.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 4th.
