Weapon (quarterstaff), rare (major tier) (requires attunement by a cleric, paladin or creature touched by the higher planes, such as a divine soul sorcerer or an aasimar) This 5-foot long, 2-inch wide quarterstaff is made out of the hardest wood in all of existence -Ironwood. It is Charcoal gray in color and has divine symbols carved into the staff. When there's a celestial, fiend or undead within 60 feet, or a place or object that has been consecrated or desecrated, as with the Hallow spell within this area, the symbols in the staff will glow faintly, with a bright blue light in a 5-foot radius, and dim light for another 5 feet. This quarterstaff is a magical weapon, and causes additional 1d6 radiant damage against fiends or undead. The staff can be used as a holy symbol. |
