Weapon (any bladed melee weapon), very rare (requires attunement)

The blade of this weapon seems to warp, slowly changing size and shape and distorting the space around it.

This weapon has 3 charges, and regains 1d4 - 1 charges each day at dawn.

Diminish. When you deal damage to a creature with this weapon, you may expend 1 charge in order to force that creature to make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 11 + your proficiency modifier. On failure, the creature suffers from the reduce effect of the enlarge/reduce spell for 1 minute.

Absorb. When a creature within 5 feet of you is reduced to 0 hit points, you may expend 1 charge to regain hit points equal to your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier (minimum 1), and reduce the target creature to 1/8th their original size. If the target creature is Huge size or larger, the hit points regained from this ability doubles. Excess hit points gained beyond your hit point maximum from this ability become temporary hit points. If you would gain temporary hit points from this ability while already in possession of temporary hit points, from a separate use of this ability or otherwise, they are added to your total temporary hit points instead of replacing them.

Your height increases by a number of inches equal to the temporary hit points you posses that were gained from the use of this ability.
