Otherwise known as Mania. she is the youngest of the Endless. She shows herself as a short human girl, many of her features are randomly changing colour or style including her eyes, hair and clothes. Her shadow never fits her body.

Her brother Destruction has given her his talking dog Barnabas, partially as a way for him to find her again and so she will have company. Both Death and Destruction are protective of Delirium, she is affectionate to them.

She is good naturedand has many childlike features, which may be because she is young or he duties as Delirium may require it.

She was originally incarnated as Delight, but became Delirium after traumatic incidences to which even Destiny does not know the reason for.
