Arm of Machina[edit]

Wondrous item, Legendary (requires attunement)

This prosthesis can be put over your current arm, although the prosthesis will slowly destroy the arm rendering it useless and will eventually fall off. Once attuned to this item you may never unattuned to it unless a spell that gets rid of curses is used on it.

When wielding the arm you can insert any magical item in one of the 3 slots. (note: once inserted you may never remove it until you find a 4th item to replace the 1st and so on.) If the magical item is a weapon the fist on the prosthesis becomes the weapon itself. If its jewelry it will appear on the wrist. If the item is armor any bonus to AC from the armor itself is negated, although the arm turns into what the arm for the armor would look like and gains and you gain all the benefits of the armor that isn't a bonus to AC. Whilst you have more than one magical item inserted in this prosthesis you can only have one active at a time. Switching items requires 1 action.

When the active item isn't a weapon you may make a unarmed attack with the fist doing 2d10 radiant damage.

While deactivated, these limbs seem to be little more than simple golden plates, but once attached and active these limbs appear as masses of energy forming whatever shape their host imagines. Your AC increases by 2 if you are not holding a shield.
