Dalent's Boots (3.5e Equipment)

From D&D Wiki

Dalent' Boots: These boots were carefully crafted by ancient dwarven runesmiths by weaving gray earthsilk and attaching disks of copper-striated black marble. Runes have been carefully woven into the stiffened silk along the back "spine" of the boot in copper thread. The runes are believed to be the sigil for the runesmith that crafted this piece, Dalent. When worn, these items grant the wearer a +2 bonus to their Climb Skill. Also, the user gains the feats Earth Sense, Earth Adept, and Earth Master (Races of Stone) even if they do not meet the prerequisites.

These boots are part of an artifact known as the Weragen of Belrem. This artifact was crafted for a Goliath king by dwarven runesmiths during the Age of Dreams as a gift to thank the goliaths for their help during the "Ogre Wars".
