Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement)

A cube of Rubik is a powerful magic item created by the powerful wizard Rubik. He created the first cube as a puzzling magic item, and he made many more afterward. To use a cube of Rubik, a character must make a series of DC 20 Intelligence (Arcana) checks. Every time a character succeeds on an Arcana check made to the cube, the cube gains 1 success. Every time a check is failed by 5 or more, the cube loses 1 success. The minimum number of successes is -10, at which point the cube becomes a regular cube with no magical capabilities. At 10 successes, the cube is completed. Once completed, the cube can be used to cast wish spell one time. It becomes an arcane focus that increases your Spell Save DC and Spell Attack modifier by 4. The cube starts with anywhere between -5 and 4 successes, which can be determined randomly with the table below or decided by the DM.
