Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement)
Created by a talented blacksmith possessed by a dark god, this black crown emits an aura of weakness.
While you wear this crown, you constantly emanate an aura of weakness while you're not incapacitated. The aura extends 10 feet from you in every direction, but not through total cover.
Each creature of your choice within the aura has a penalty to their attack rolls, AC and saving throws equal to half of your Charisma modifier.
At the start of each of your turns, you gain a number of temporary hit points equal to twice your Charisma modifier for each creature within the aura (for example, if you have 20 Charisma and there are four creatures in the aura, you get 2 * 5 * 4 = 40 temporary hit points).
