Crimson Curse (5e Curse)
From D&D Wiki
Crimson Curse[edit]
Effects[edit]
The Crimson Curse is like a magic disease spread by the bloodsuckers of the Crimson Court. You will need to drink the The Blood once every day. For each day you go with out, you suffer 1 exhaustion that can't be temoved until you drink The Blood. If you drink The Blood more than once in a day, you get advantage on attack rolls, ability checks and saving throws before the end of your next turn. You can't gain this bonus more times than your proficiency bonus before a long rest. Ordinary blood gives no relief, but you still want to do that.
Defeating powerful Bloodsuckers in the Crimson Court can end the Crimson Curse. A cure also exists, but it is carried by fanatics who hunt down anybody with the Crimson Curse and try to kill them.
The Crimson Curse can be broken by casting remove curse with a spell slot of 6th level or higher.
