Cresweld Straight Sword (5e Equipment)
Weapon (longsword), legendary (Requires attunement by a Paladin or Fighter of any Good alignment) This sword's blade is a polished silver color with curling patterns and designs etched along the edge. The quillons of the sword have the designs of a sun and crescent moon pressed into them, and the pommel is in the shape of a silver rose. This sword feels supernaturally light and balanced in the hand of its attuned user, giving the user a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls . When used by anyone who is not attuned but is Good, it is a normal straight sword. When used by a neutral character, it imposes disadvantage to hit. When used by an evil character, all damage is transferred to the wielder and can not be resisted. When this sword strikes an Undead or Aberration, it grants a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls . It also offers a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls when targeting Evil or Chaotic Neutral aligned creatures. Both of these bonuses stack with the initial +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls. This sword has 6 charges. As a action, the wielder can expend a charge to channel divine light through the blade, allowing the caster to send a wave of searing light from the blade to a target within 60ft of you. If the target is of good alignment, the wave heals the target for 1d8 hit points. If the target is of evil alignment, it instead may make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 3d8 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
