Effect: All living creatures within a 15-foot radius

Creates a cone of energy that does 8d6 points of damage.

A cone of energy (see below for type) leaps from the palm of the caster and affects all those within its area. The following effects may strike a target:

1d4 Effect
1 Force Blow: 8d6 points of damage from a Force effect. (Fortitude save reduces damage by half)
2 Electrical Blast: 8d6 points of electrical damage. (Reflex save reduces damage by half)
3 Fire Wave: 8d6 points of fire damage. (Reflex save reduces damage by half)
4 Roll twice, ignoring any "4" results.
