Wondrous item, uncommon (minor tier)

The Confused Binoculars are, or at least appear to be, a regular pair of binoculars. However, upon closer inspection, the binoculars provide 1x magnification, as there is no magnification system inside. However, when using it to look at something, the magical power of the binoculars becomes obvious, as the item itself increases(or decreases, depending on the side you look through) in size. The user must concentrate on the object, or else it reverts to normal size.

Not How That Works. As an action, you can look through the binoculars at a target you can see. When doing so, they are affected by enlarge/reduce (DC 15) until the start of your next turn. If you look through the back, they are enlarged, and reduced if you look through the front.
