Weapon (quarterstaff), legendary (requires attunement by a sorcerer, warlock, or wizard)

This staff can be wielded as a magical quarterstaff that grants a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it.

The staff has 10 charges for casting various spells. The staff regains 1d6 + 2 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the staff retains its +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls but loses all other properties.

  • All Seeing Eye: The orb at the end of the staff changes color based on the color associated with the spell you cast. You may cast the scrying and regain the ability to do so at dawn.
  • Spells: While holding this staff, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it without having to have access to the components necessary, using your spell save DC and spell attack bonus: inflict wounds (2 charges), phantasmal killer (4 charges), circle of death (6 charges), and harm (7 charges).
