Cloth Armor (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Cloth Armor[edit]
Cost | Armor Class (AC) | Strength | Stealth | Weight |
---|---|---|---|---|
1 gp | 11 + Dex modifier | — | — | 2 lb. |
Many layers of woven cloth sewn together, for a cheap defense. This type of armor is common among homesteaders who rely on their own skills to craft and sell goods. If anything, it looks more like a costume than armor. It's also a little itchy.
Cheap Defense. While you are wearing this armor, whenever you take any type of damage besides poison, cold, necrotic, or psychic damage, the cloth armor takes the damage as well. Cloth armor has 20 hit points and if it reaches 0 hit points it gets ripped to shreds, rendering it useless.
