Cloak of the Sandshark (5e Equipment)

From D&D Wiki

Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)

When standing on stones, wood, or any other sort of solid material, the cloak resembles an average-looking light brown cloak with a hood, to protect from the sun. When standing on soil, dirt, in water, or on some sort of soft material, the cloak subtly grows much longer, and at the ends it seems to blend in with the material.

Sea Swimmer. While wearing the cloak, you have a swimming speed equal to your walking speed.

Sand Swimmer. As an bonus action while wearing the cloak, you can cause any soft earth on which you're standing to dematerialize for you. You immediately sink into it until mostly submerged, as if falling into water. While in this state, you can move through the earth using your swimming speed. You can stop this effect from functioning at any time, no action required. If you start your turn while submerged, and the effect is no longer functioning, you take 1d6 bludgeoning damage and rise 60 feet until you are expelled or hit a solid object.

Placoid Scales. If a creature attempts to grapple you while you are wearing the cloak, they take 2d4 slashing damage. While grappling you, a creature takes an additional 2d4 slashing damage at the start of each of its turns.
