Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement) This magic cloak has 3 charges. It regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. As an action, you can expend 1 to 3 charges and touch a nonmagical weapon, suit of armour, or shield to make it magical for 1 minute. If you touched a weapon, it gains a bonus to attack and damage rolls equal to the charges you expended for the duration. If you touched a suit of armour or shield, it gains a bonus to the AC it grants equal to the charges you expended for the duration.
