Cloak of the Bearded Devil (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Wondrous item (cloak), rare (requires attunement by a creature of Evil alignment) This thin, purple cloak is studded with infernal gold rings at the cuffs and edges, and a mass of hair-like tentacles encircle the neck like a boa. While wearing this cloak, you have darkvision out to 60 feet that isn't impeded by magical darkness, you can speak and read Infernal, and you are also immune to the poisoned condition. The cloak has 6 charges and regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. Devil's Hide. While wearing this cloak, you can expend 1 charge to gain resistance to your choice of fire or poison damage for 1 minute. Devilish Poison. While wearing this cloak, once a turn, when you hit a creature with a melee attack, you can expend 1 charge to have the target make a Constitution saving throw. If you are a spellcaster, you can use your spell save DC; otherwise, the DC is 13. On a failure, the creature is poisoned for 1 minute and cannot regain hit points while poisoned in this way. At the end of each of its turns, an affected creature can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success. Fiendish Curse. While attuned to this item, magic that identifies your creature type identifies you as a fiend, as if under the effects of arcanist's magic aura. No creature but you can remove the cloak. |
