This black and dark blue cloak constantly seems to change shape but never actually does, but it grants the wearer to change their plane they are on and even control a small portion of time.

Glitch Essence While wearing this cloak, you gain the ability to move through solid objects, up to 50ft, you can move anywhere inside an object, say going from the bottom of a wall to the top. If you start your turn inside a solid object, including structures, you take 2d12 force damage. If you start you turn inside a creature, you and it take 2d12 force damage. The damage cannot be avoided unless half your body is out of the object.

Defensive Shell While wearing this cloak, your AC increases by 1 and you gain immunity to all force damage that is not caused from being inside an object or structure or creature.

Reality Warp. While wearing this cloak, you can spend an action to glitch out of the current plane and arrive on another plane of existence, similar to the plane shift spell, but it only affecting you. This effect may be used 2 times, and this cloak regains all expended uses at dawn.

Time Alter. While wearing this cloak, you can alter a small amount of time. When you make a roll, but before the results of the roll have been announced, you may go back in time and remake the roll. You must use the new roll. This ability can only be used once, and this cloak regains use of this effect at dawn.

Reality Glitch. As an action on your turn, you can teleport to an unoccupied area within 50 feet of you, leaving an illusion of yourself from where you teleported. The illusion will keep glitching, change colour and pixelating in shape for 1 minute. While that is happening, as an action, you can teleport from anywhere on that plane back to the glitch. This ability can only be used once, and this cloak regains use of this effect at dawn.
