Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by a Druid)

The cloak is covered in owl feathers from the hood down. The ties around the neck have a wooden carving of an owl.

Silent FeathersWhile wearing this cloak, you advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks.

Owl VisionWhile the hood is up, you are granted darkvision up to 120 feet.

Owl FormWhile wearing the cloak, you can use your action to cast Polymorph on yourself, transforming into an owl. While you are in the form of the owl, you retain your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. If the owl polymorph shape falls to zero hit points, the cloak can't be used this way again until the next dawn.
