Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by a Druid)

The cloak is covered in owl feathers from the hood down. The ties around the neck have a wooden carving of an owl. This cloak allows the user to take on the form of an owl and gain features of an owl.

Silent Feathers: While wearing this cloak, the user gains advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks. Wisdom (Perception) checks made to see user has disadvantage.

Owl Vision: While the hood is up, the user is granted darkvision up to 120 feet.

Owl Form: While wearing the cloak, the user can use their action to wildshape into an owl, this does not use wildshapes. If the owl wildshape falls to zero hit points, the user reverts back to normal form and the cloak can't be used this way again until the next dawn.
