Cloak of Dragon Speed (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, While you wear this cloak, you can use an action to speak a command word. This will transform the cloak into a pair of black dragon wings on your back for 1 hour or until you repeat the command word as an action. The wings give you a flying speed of 60 feet and you become so nimble that all opportunity attacks against you have disadvantage. Also, by flapping your wings, you can produce the effect of a gust of wind spell. You can cast this spell no more than three times per flight. If the wings disappear, you cannot resummon them for 12 hours. |
