Claymore | +3 | 1D10 | 35 GP | 7.5 lb | Heavy Blade, Polearm | Reach, *Half-Swording | |
A large, heavy two-handed sword, meant for reach attacks in addition to up close fighting.
Half-swording: The weapon possesses the "Half-Swording" property. With it, the weapon loses the reach property, however it gains a +1 bonus to weapon damage. This is per 1[W], so for example the formula on damage for 2[W] would be 2[1d10 +1] and not 2[1d10] + 1, when using the half-swording property. This is still slightly less maximum damage for an average weapon of the tier, but the same average damage.
