Civil Protection[edit]

Civil Protection officers are humans that have willingly given up their humanity in favor of the Combine for extra food, water, shelter, or just for beating privileges. They have no genetic modifications unlike the Overwatch Soldiers, but are still a force to be reckoned with. They come armed with batons, pistols, and in rare cases, a Combine H2 SMG. They come with CP Riot Gear

Combat[edit]

Civil Protection units are often deployed as the thought police for the Combine controlled cities, although they can hold their own in a firefight. They prefer strength in numbers, and a well coordinated squad can be hard to manage. For the purpose of ammunition, any Civil Protection unit should be carrying 2 to 4 clips of 18 9mm pistol bullets. Civil Protection units with Combine H2 SMGs will often have 2 clips of 45 submachine gun bullets.

Improperly Trained (Flaw) Civil Protection officers are not properly trained in military firefights as they were never meant for that purpose. They gain all the stats of a Soldier, but they gain none of the class abilities.
