Character Creation (Elden Ring Supplement)
From D&D Wiki
Character[edit]
Throughout the Lands Between, many different characters can be found, all with different traits and abilities.
Class[edit]
In the Lands Between, all walks of life rely on either magic or weaponry to get by. Some use blasphemous techniques and spells that are shunned by the golden order, while others use holy incantations that dispel Death from the Lands Between. You can choose one of the following when creating your character:
Hero[edit]
"A stalwart Hero, at home with a battleaxe, descended from a badlands chieftain."
Bandit[edit]
"A dangerous bandit who strikes for weak points. Excels at ranged combat with bows."
Astrologer[edit]
"A scholar who reads fate in the stars. Heir to the school of glintstone sorcery."
Warrior[edit]
"A twinblade wielding warrior from a nomadic tribe. An origin of exceptional technique."
Prisoner[edit]
"A prisoner bound in an iron mask. Studied in glintstone sorcery, having lived among the elite prior to sentencing."
Confessor[edit]
"A church spy adept at covert operations. Equally adept with a sword as they are with incantations."
Wretch[edit]
"As poor, purposeless and naked as the day they were born. A nice club is all they have."
Vagabond[edit]
"A knight exiled from their homeland to wander. A solid, armor-clad origin."
Prophet[edit]
"A seer ostracized for inauspicious prophecies. Well versed in healing incantations."
Samurai[edit]
"A capable fighter from the distant land of reeds. Handy with Katana and Longbows."
Races[edit]
The Lands Between contains a diverse group of races, each with their own customs and culture. All player characters will be tarnished, who, resurrected from the dead, are guided by grace to become the Elden Lord.
Humans throughout Elden Ring typically don't seek to become Elden Lord, instead choosing to follow one of the great factions or follow their own paths.
The Omen are typically a shunned people in the Lands Between, confined to sewers and hunted by malignant omen hunters.
The Albinauric peoples are said to have been artificial lifeforms made by humans.
Living Jars are animate jars that often hide out of place, usually only engaging in combat when provoked or approached.
Ancestral Followers are brawny tribesmen versed in distinctive spiritual arts. They are bull-headed warriors who typically dwell underground and near sacred areas.
The Nox are the inhabitants of the Eternal Cities of Nokron and Nokstella. They are a grey-skinned, cold cold-blooded race known for wielding flowing weapons.
Demi-Humans are pure and agile creatures that emerge from caves and threaten the unprepared. They often roam in hordes under a leader's command.
