Proficiency Bonus +3 Carriage. The chaos carriage's carrying capacity is tripled. Reliable Transport. The chaos carriage ignores difficult terrain. ACTIONSMultiattack. The Chaos Carriage makes two attacks, one with its wheelie press and one with its tail spin. Wheelie Press. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage. Tail Spin. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage. Rush (Recharge 6). The chaos carriage moves up to half its movement speed in a straight line. Each creature within 5 feet of it as it moves must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 36 (8d8) bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't knocked prone.
