Cursed Energy. The Chain Devil Curse has 46 Cursed Energy to spend on its features.

Cursed Energy Recovery. The Chain Devil Curse gains 1 Cursed Energy at the beginning of each of its turns.

Cursed Attack. The curse's attacks are considered magical.

Invisible Force. The Chain Devil Curse is entirely made out of cursed energy, meaning it cannot be seen by normal people. Creatures without levels in the Jujutsu Sorcerer class or who cannot see into the ethereal plane cannot see it. Although, if these creatures were in a life and death situation(less than half their maximum hit points), they gain the ability to see the Chain curse.

Hard to Kill If the curse is reduced to 0 hit points, it can choose to drop to 1 hit point instead and is considered stable, even against effects or features that would normally kill it outright. This feature does not work if the damage that had reduced the curse to 0 hit points was radiant damage. The curse may use this feature once per long rest.

Cursed Sight. Magical Darkness or darkness created as a result from a Cursed Energy related feature does not impede this creature's darkvision.

Curse Resistance. This creature has advantage on saving throws against Cursed Techniques.

Chain Flight. The curse can attach it's chains to nearby surfaces to mimic the ability to fly. While within at least 60 ft. of a solid surface, the curse can use one or more of it's chains (as in it's Animate Chains feature) as a mean to gain a flying speed equal to it's walking speed. Chains designated to this feature cannot attack, and the curse loses it's flying speed if they are destroyed.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The curse makes 2 chain attacks

Chain. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage. The target is grappled (escape DC 16) if the curse isn't already grappling a creature. Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained and takes 7 (2d6) piercing damage at the start of each of its turns.

Animate Chains (1+ Cursed Energy). The curse may pay 1 Cursed Energy per chain to create and control up to 4 chains within 60 feet of it that it can see, causing those chains to sprout razor-edged barbs made from Cursed Energy. It may also animate surrounding chains that it can see for no cursed energy requirement, provided they aren't being worn or carried. Each animated chain is an object with 20 AC, 20 hitpoints, resistance to piercing damage, and immunity to psychic and thunder damage. When the curse uses multiattack on it's turn, it can use each animated chain to make one additional chain attack. An animated chain can grapple one creature of its own but can't make attacks while grappling. An animated chain reverts to it's inanimate state if reduced to 0 hit points or if the curse is incapacitated or dies.

BONUS ACTIONS

Regeneration. The curse can spend up to 8 Cursed Energy, regaining hit points equal to 5 times the amount spent.

REACTIONS

Regeneration. As a Reaction to taking damage, the Curse may use its Regeneration.

Unnerving Mask. When a creature the curse can see starts it's turn within 30 feet of the curse, the curse can create the illusion that it looks like one of the creature's departed loved ones or bitter enemies. If the creature can see the curse, it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of it's turn.

Feats

Strong Body, Regeneration

Immense Cursed Energy, Overflowing Cursed Energy

Improved Durability. This creature uses the Improved Durability rule.

Not Canon. The chain curse is not an official cursed spirit demonstrated in the Jujutsu Kaisen franchise, it was completely made up by the people working behind this supplement. It is intended to populate campaigns in an absence of enough official material, and as such was properly balanced for any DM to use in their Jujutsu Campaign.
