Candle of Secrecy (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, rare (minor) While lit, this magical candle wards a discrete area no larger than a 10-foot radius centered on it against eavesdroppers. The warded area conforms to the shape of the locale, not extending past the confines of a room or the seats at a table, and is conferred the following properties: Sounds passing out of the area are muffled and indistinct. To those outside the area, creatures and their possessions within it appear shadowy and blurred with no distinctive features. Sensors created by divination magic can't enter or be created in the area. Nothing within the area can be targeted by divination magic. The candle can burn for a total of 1 hour (tracked in 1 minute increments) before it loses its magical properties. It can be extinguished as an action to be relit later.
