Branches Curse[edit]
Medium undead (cursed spirit), chaotic evil Armor Class 12 (natural armor)
Damage Vulnerabilities radiant, fire Cursed Energy. The curse has 5 cursed energy that it can use to fuel its abilities. All of its cursed energy is replenished at the end of a long rest. Cursed Energy Recovery. The curse regains 1 cursed energy at the beggining of each of its turns. Invisible Force. The curse is entirely made out of cursed energy, meaning it cannot be seen by normal people. Creatures without levels in the Jujutsu Sorcerer class or who cannot see into the ethereal plane cannot see it. Although, if these creatures were in a life and death situation(less than half their maximum hit points), they gain the ability to see it. ACTIONSBranch grasp. The curse extends its branches towards a creature of its choice within 10 ft. of itself forcing that creaure to make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or be restrained. On success the creature evades the curse and isn't affected. If a creature is currently restrained at the beginning of its turn i may use an action to attempt a DC 12 Strength saving throw escaping on success and remaining trapped on failure. Constriction. As an action the curse can constrict its branches around a creature it has restrained dealing 13 (2d10+2) bludgeoning damage and increasing the dc to escape its grasp by 1 up to a maximum of 20. The curse may only have 1 medium or smaller creature restrained at any given time. BONUS ACTIONSRegeneration. The curse can spend up to 3 Cursed Energy, regaining hit points equal to 5 times the amount spent. REACTIONSRegeneration. As a Reaction to suffering damage, the curse uses it's Regeneration. |
