Wondrous item, rare (major (XGtE p. 135)) (Require attunement by an artificer, bard, cleric, druid, wizard, sorcerer or warlock) This unassuming bracelet has three white gems embedded in it. The bracer has 3 charges, and it regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. For each missing charge, one of the gems becomes blackened. Enhanced Spellcasting. When you cast a spell of 2nd level or lower, you can expend 1 or more charges to cast the spell as if using a slot 1 level higher per charge spent. For example, if you spend a spell slot of 1st-level to cast burning hands, you can spend 2 charges to produce the effects as if you had spent a 3rd-level slot. Empowered Cantrip. As a bonus action, you can expend 1 charge to cause the next cantrip you cast before the end of your turn to be cast as if you were a 17th-level spellcaster, determining its damage dice accordingly. |
