Armor (scale mail), legendary (major) (requires attunement)

An armor made out of blue dragon scales that glimmers beautifully blue, feeling lighter rather than most armor, tough and flexible.

Lightning Tough. While you wear this armor, you have resistance to lightning damage.

Shock of Life. When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 hit point instead. Once this property of the armor is used, it can't be used again until the next dawn.

Lightning Charged. While you wear this armor, you deal an additional 1d6 lightning damage when you hit with a weapon attack.

Lightning Boom. As an action while you wear this armor, you can cause a burst of lightning in a 20-foot-radius sphere centred on yourself. Each other creature in the sphere must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 3d8 lightning damage. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage. Once this property of the armor is used, it can't be used again until the next dawn.
