Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement) A pair of boots that grant speed at a price. They are a component of obtaining higher power. Sacrifice for speed This item has three charges. You may spend up to three charges using a bonus action. When you do this roll one of your hit dice per charge used and subtract that from your health. For each charge you spend in this way, you gain an additional ranged attack. However, you make each attack with a disadvantage where you roll three times and choose the lowest for each attack. This does not apply to your normal attacks. You gain all charges back after a long rest. More speed You may spend up to three charges using a bonus action. Each charge you spend grants you an additional +5 to your speed. This lasts until the end of your next turn. Regardless of how many charges are spent you must roll a d6 and subtract that from your health You also add +5 to your speed. |
