Blood of the Forgotten Reptilian God (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, Very Rare (Requires Attunement) This vial of blood is said to hold the blood of a great forgotten god that was the creator of a race known as the Rak'ath, no one knows who killed the god nor the Reptilian God names because the people who had known died of complications of aging or other tragic events but all is known is that their are 15 vials of the gods blood out in the world and only 4 had been found. (including the vial you just found) when trying to attune to this item you must find an open wound to pour the blood in, after the blood is inserted you are now attuned and cannot unattune willingly and must get the blood removed to unattune. Are You Worthy To Hold The Blood of A God? Once attuned, the user takes 3d10 +5 Physic damage and the damage ignores immunity and resistances, if the user survives they gain the following abilities. Blood of A God If the user survived they gain a +2 to dexterity and can turn invisible, having the effects of Greater Invisibility once a day and recharges at the end of the day. Transformation The moment the blood is inserted the user begins to take some traits of a Rak'ath, first the user begins to form scale all over their body, then the user gains dark vision as bright light for 40-feet and dim for 60-feet, and lastly sharp claws that deal 1d10 slashing damage when using unarmed attacks. |
