Blinding Luminescence

Duration: Concentration, Up To 1 Minute

You emit a brilliant light from yourself that sheds bright light within a radius of 30 feet and dim light an additional 30 feet. Any creature of your choice that moves into or starts its turn within the bright light you shed must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save it takes 2d8 radiant damage and is blinded until the start of its next turn. On a successful save it takes half as much damage and cannot be blinded by this casting of the spell again.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd-Level or higher, the spell’s damage increases by 1d8 for every spell slot level above 2nd.
