Blindfold of Truesight (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement)
In order to use the blindfold of truesight, you must place the blindfold over your eyes and tie it around the back of your head. Once you have tied it on, you can see through it. To anyone else, the blindfold still appears completely opaque, and no one can see through it to your eyes. While you wear it, the blindfold grants you 120 feet of truesight. As an action, you can alter the benefits it grants, choosing from the following:
- X-ray Vision. You can change your vision to see through an object or an area up to 20 feet away. For example, you can see a creature's bone structure or underneath a layer of someone's clothes or armor. The effect can penetrate most barriers, but it is blocked by 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt.
- Far Sight. You can change your vision to focus your vision and "zoom in" on anything within 300 feet of you, getting a clear view of your target no matter how far you "zoom in".
