Weapon (Flamethrower), rare A simple construction made of wood, steel and a magic crystal gives it an ability to shoot flames. A dangerous thing to wave around. Primitive Construction. Blazer is a magic weapon that grants -2 bonus to attack rolls made with it. Blazer's damage is 2d8 fire and the weight is 15 lbs. Blazer's attacks can't go through or over enemies, so if there is another target in the way - it will prevent character from hitting the enemy. Fire Volley. With your action, you can use Blazer to spread flames in a 15ft cone. Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or take the Blazer's normal damage. Properties.
