Blades of Fire and Ice (5e Equipment)

Weapon (Dual Daggers), very rare (requires attunement by Rogues or Rangers) Two blades of contrasting elements that synergize with one another. These daggers were used by a dancing duo that were never seen apart, one which had the movements of a raging fire and other with the grace of ice. These two daggers have a +2 to both attack and damage rolls. Never one: When these blades are used together, each one of them deal an additional 1d6 of either fire or cold damage. Without The other: When used separately they function as normal daggers without bonuses. Hot & cold: When attacking with fire, roll an additional 1d6 of fire damage. When with ice The target's move speed is lowered by half, on 4 applications the target will have disadvantage on all rolls. A Dance of fire and ice: As an action the player can perform a dance by attempting a DC 12 dexterity roll. On a successful roll a player can choose to attack a target and move up to 15 feet this can be repeated until a fail or if the player chooses to end it. a coin flip will determine which effect is chosen. The skill can be used again after a rest. Accompaniment: When the user is supported by bardic inspiration gain advantage on all rolls during ADOFAI. |
